Deus Ex : Human Revolution (aka Deus Ex 3). Suite d’un des plus grands jeux de tous les temps, Deus Ex (premier du nom, et pas l’infâme 2), et facilement un de mes titres les plus attendus. Surtout après ce premier (vrai) trailer.

On peut critiquer le rachat d’Eidos par Square-Enix, mais on ne peut pas nier leur capacité à faire des cinématiques qui tuent la gueule. Et la musique sublime. Et la voix de Adam Jensen… <3 <3 <3

L’histoire (qui se passe quelques années avant Deus Ex) et l’univers ont un potentiel énorme, je prie très fort pour qu’il nous fasse quelquechose de bien ficelé, avec des choix ayant de vraies conséquences, et un gameplay qui va avec. J’ai un peu peur quand même avec Square-Enix au commande et la sortie multiplateforme, mais bon, restons optimistes. Avec un peu de chance ça sera le jeu du siècle (oui j’y crois à mort).

Want to control your dreams ? Play videogames.

Un article passionnant, pas vraiment vis-à-vis du lien qu’il fait avec les gamers, mais surtout de par les réactions qu’il génère. Parce que ça fait des années que je me pose des questions sur les “lucid dreams”, sur le fait d’être conscient qu’on rêve et qu’on puisse plus ou moins les “contrôler”…

Du coup, quand quasiment tous les sites de Jeux Vidéo en parlent, et quand les gamers réagissent et témoignent de leurs expériences perso, ça me rassure un peu et je me dis que je suis pas si fou que ça. Et c’est vraiment intéressant - on en trouve presque autant qui disent avoir des lucid dreams très régulièrement, que d’autres qui disent n’en avoir jamais eu (ou en tout cas ne pas s’en souvenir).

Marrant d’avoir un fort écho comme ça à des expériences si personnelles.
